Reviews
Decent service, great location. My main issue is how there was no privacy when sharing a room. The bathroom door was a sliding door with frosted glass and a hole for the handle, so there was zero privacy when using the bathroom. I booked a room with two twin beds, which were pushed right up against each other so it was like basically sharing a bed. I'd stay here again as a solo traveler but not while sharing a room.
Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel let us check in early, which was a nice surprise, and the front desk staff were outstanding -friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The gym was on the smaller side, but the wellness area with the sauna and steam room was excellent. The location is also a major plus, as it’s centrally located and made it easy to explore Amsterdam. There were a few downsides, though. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work well, making it uncomfortable at times. The “double” bed was actually two beds pushed together with separate sheets, and the room only came with one pillow per person. Also, getting to our fifth-floor room was surprisingly inconvenient, requiring multiple elevators and quite a bit of walking. Overall, it’s a well-located hotel with great staff and nice amenities, but a few room and layout issues kept it from being a great stay
Generally, I'm not a fan of staying smack in the tourist hub of Amsterdam; however, this was booked for me by work and it was a good option. If you want to stay in the centre, the rooms are modern and the service is friendly. I had a room on the back, so there was no noise. There's a breakfast area which does get quite crowded. They have timed entry where you have to specify the time that you get in. No complaints if you're looking for a city centre hotel 10 mins from central station, this is a solid choice.
Had a really great stay here. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, making it very comfortable to relax after exploring the city. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. The location is very convenient, with easy access to central Amsterdam and nearby attractions. Overall, an amazing experience and great value for a city stay.
I've been a customer of Inntel for years and usually stay here about twice a year. Everything has always been great: friendly staff and nice rooms. This time, I booked the Suite with a pool and sauna—the best room they offer. For that kind of room, I also expect an appropriate level of service. However, during check-out, I was treated poorly over a 30-minute delay and was asked to pay an additional fee. I received a call in my room exactly at 11:00 a.m. and was told to leave the room immediately. When I checked out at around 11:30 a.m., I was then asked to pay extra. Something like this has never happened to me in all the years I've been staying here. To make matters worse, the receptionist was very unfriendly and insisted that I pay because I arrived at the front desk at 11:32 a.m., claiming that it was "almost 12 o'clock." It's very disappointing to see long-term customers treated this way. Unfortunately, my next stay will not be at Inntel. Wehid B.
