Reviews
Great location, walkable to all the local sights. Rooms are small but clean and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the location!! Would recommend for a trip to Amsterdam!!!
Mixed experience. On the down side, the double room was small, with little storage space for clothes. Tight for me alone, with wife impossible. But it is clean, bed comfortable, great air conditioning, nice shower, and very gracious management that let us out of prepaid 3 night stay after only one night. Location is great and if I were solo I’d look to stay again .
Love the location. Close to tram and activities. The room was okay. The bed was better than average. Bathroom and closet was on the smaller size. Breakfast buffet was better than average. Biggest negative is the noise at night. People come back at all hours of the night making a ton of noise, slamming doors and making it very hard to sleep.
Great find, just as others had reviewed. Perfect central quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, canal walks, close to museum square (walking 10-15 minutes to Rjikmuseum). Staff was very helpful and friendly - Farran especially! The comfort room was spacious by European guides. We didn’t pay for the breakfast but coffee, tea, water all available all day. Would stay again.
Excellent stay in Amsterdam. The location was perfect — close to everything, easy to walk around, and very convenient for transit. The rooms were extremely clean, well-appointed, and much nicer than expected based on some of the reviews we had read beforehand. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay and were consistently friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and water, which was a thoughtful touch and a nice surprise after long days exploring the city. The elevator was reliable, the hotel felt well maintained, and honestly, we did not experience any of the issues mentioned in some of the negative reviews. Our experience was completely positive from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay in Amsterdam.
