Had a really great stay here! Great location (close enough to shopping, restaurants and activities with good transport connections), clean rooms, fantastic service and just an overall great experience. We stayed on the 5th floor with the river view and it was lovely. They also have a small fitness studio, with outdoor hot tubs and a sauna. Additionally, you can store your luggage free of charge if you are checking out early and still want the day to explore. Absolutely nothing negative say - fab experience and highly recommend.

Decent hotel with good location and friendly staff. I booked their best room, it features a nice airflow bed which is quite cool as it cools you down super nicely. Unfortunately the bubble bath wasn’t functional in my room, though that wasn’t the end of the world. I had a comfortable stay regardless. Breakfast is pretty decent.

Super nice location and a genuinely nice hotel. However, the night shift check-in team was far from welcoming. After a long day of travel, the only thing you want is a warm welcome, but the only thing we were asked to do was put our credit card on the terminal. The next day, the day shift front desk staff were helpful and kind, which made the difference clear. We all know night shift staff are often newer and less experienced, but please welcome your guests with open arms day and night. (Check-in date was 5-6, by the way.)

I stored a jacket in the luggage room while waiting for my room to be ready, thinking it would be totally safe—but somehow it disappeared within a couple of hours. For six days, there was zero communication, no updates, nothing—despite being told they’d investigate and contact me. I spent a big part of the first day of my trip waiting for a call that never came. The situation only started moving after I sent a firm (okay, slightly grumpy) email—which really shouldn’t have been necessary. The jacket has finally been found, and I’m arranging its return, but the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. Waiting six days and chasing updates felt kind of ridiculous. On the positive side, the room itself was lovely—super clean, spacious, and the bathroom was great. I had to rearrange a few things like the kettle for it to work properly, but the view from the room was amazing. The area felt very safe and welcoming, especially for women, and I never felt on edge. It’s very walkable (definitely wear comfy shoes!), with lots of nearby activities, and just a 10-minute metro ride to the main areas with attractions, restaurants, and coffee shops. I didn’t eat or drink at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that, but overall, the room, location, and neighborhood were really enjoyable. I just hope communication and organization improve so no one else has to deal with such a stressful luggage situation!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. All the staff were so friendly, especially the breakfast staff (always smiling!!). Wow we were so pleasantly surprised with our room!!! Our room was absolutely gorgeous, the best view we have ever had. The room was spotless. The Jacuzzi was used every day- we actually stayed in the hotel room a lot longer than planned, because we loved it so much. The room was also very quiet (unless someone was using a Jacuzzi upstairs). The only thing I didn’t like about the room is the shower pressure was pretty weak. The breakfast was absolutely amazing- so much to choose from and everything I ate was delicious! The hotel is about 30 minutes to Centraal which isn’t bad at all
