The tour, which lasts 2-3 hours, does not hit the usual World War II related sites such as the Anne Frank House and the resistance Museum. Rather, these history buffs focus on spots off the beaten path and take an in-depth look at this less than positive time in Amsterdam's past. The sites visited on this trip played an important role in the history of the occupation of the Netherlands and of the persecution of the Jews. This tour is targeted towards history lovers and provides an educational, experience in a small group setting. Each tour has no more than eight people.
