Amsterdam Noord has transformed over the last 20 years from a secluded area across the IJ river into a hotspot for creatives and diverse residents. This tour covers idyllic fishing villages and the remnants of the former industrial harbor. You will cycle north towards the Ijsselmeer lake and enjoy a break on the dike.
The area features small cafés, garden villages, forests, charming bridges, and old sluices. It presents a different perspective from the busy city center across the river IJ.
