Your City Canal Cruise ticket is an 'OPEN TICKET,' meaning no specific time slot. You can board the next available boat at either of the two Blue Boat Company docks: Dock 1: Stadhouderskade 501, opposite Hard Rock Cafe. Take tram 2 or 12, exit at Leidseplein, and walk for 2 minutes. Dock 2: Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience. Take tram 2 or 12, exit at Rijksmuseum, and walk for 5 minutes, or take metro 52, exit at Vijzelgracht, and walk for 2 minutes. Wheelchair-accessible boats are available at specific times. Please call our reservations department after booking to confirm a wheelchair-accessible seat.
