Description

Canoe and whisper boat rental company “Broeker Bootverhuur” is established at the border of the beautiful village of Broek in Waterland, only 8 kilometers from Amsterdam. With a kayak you can quietly and relaxed enjoy various routes through the beautiful protected area called Waterland. Besides enjoying the green environment and birds, during your trip on the small lakes and canals, you will also pass through the idyllic villages Broek in Waterland, Zuiderwoude, Monnickendam and Holysloot with their characteristic colored wooden houses. Along the way you can make a stop in one of the villages or at a tea garden. Broeker Bootverhuur offers 1- and 2 person Kayaks. You will receive route suggestions upon departure, there are various routes, starting from an 1 hour trip untill all day routes and everything in between. You will also receive tips how to safely get in and out of the kayak/canoe and, if nessecary, also some rowing instructions.

• Dogs are not allowed Easy to reach by car, taxi or bycicle Public transport: It is quite a walk from the bus stop (Broek in Waterland DORP) to the boat rental; it is about 2.8 kilometers but it certainly is a nice walk through the Dutch country side!
