Description
Start your 2-hour ceramic glazing workshop in Amsterdam with a short introduction to the materials and techniques. You will choose a ceramic item such as a bowl, mug, or plate and begin exploring different ways to decorate it using underglaze, brush-on glazes, and ceramic pencils.
During the workshop, you will experiment with colour, patterns, layering, and drawing techniques to create your own unique design. An experienced instructor is present throughout the session to guide you, explain how glazes work, and support you whenever needed.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced creatives and offers a relaxed and hands-on introduction to ceramic glazing.
After the workshop, your piece will stay at the studio for a transparent glaze finish and kiln firing. Your finished ceramic item will be ready for pickup after approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping may also be possible for an additional fee.
Tea and something sweet are included during the workshop.
