Your trip starts without worries: I'll pick you up directly from your hotel, and we'll get into a high-end private car together. From there, an exclusive experience for you begins through the Dutch countryside. Full description I'll pick you up and we'll head to: Zaanse Schans: working windmills, 17th-century green wooden houses, and the aroma of freshly baked bread. Here, we'll get a demonstration of how the famous wooden clogs are made, the ones farmers still use in their fields. We'll see mills that grind cocoa, cut wood, and make linseed oil. We'll also visit a mill that grinds cinnamon, where its aroma will envelop us in a world of bygone aromas. We'll stroll along the banks of the Zaans River, where all these traditional mills are located. Edam: the town with the teacups, the ancient Renaissance architecture, and its cheeses. Here, we'll taste over 30 typical Dutch artisanal cheeses. Volendam: a fishing port where you'll eat fresh fish and local products, and see typical costumes that will take you back in time. Marken: a charming island where the silence is only broken by seagulls and the swaying of the water. In each place, I'll tell you stories that don't appear in the guidebooks, funny anecdotes, and secrets of Dutch history, architecture, and engineering, always with a touch of humor to make every moment unforgettable.
