I had a lovely stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam. The reception team was warm and welcoming and made check in a breeze. My room was spotless and very comfortable which made relaxing after a long day so easy. I also visited Rooftop GAPP which was pleasant though not as memorable as the rest of my stay. Overall a great experience and I would happily return.
What a great stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam! From my arrival on 22 July 2026 to checkout, the team was incredibly helpful and always there when I needed them. The reception is open 24 hours which made everything so practical and stress free. My room was spotlessly clean and very well arranged, with a smart layout that made me feel right at home. I also enjoyed a meal at Restaurant EAST which was excellent. So many useful services on site made this stay easy and enjoyable. I will happily come back.
I liked this hotel overall. Very aesthetic modern hotel just right outside of downtown amsterdam, but like the atmosphere around there. Lot of business people there, and have a nice public area inside there. They have cafe restaurant and I like their breakfast buffest(its a little expensive but worth it). The room quality itself is also overall good, the only downside we had in our room was first they had no AC(just an old fan) and it was located on third floor which is right next to the sky garden, but we couldn't find the window screen, so we were not able to open the window. But the receptions are overall very kind, very fluent in english as well.
I had a lovely stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam. My room was clean and comfortable and I really appreciated the very convenient early check in and late check out. The reception team were incredibly welcoming and helpful and made the whole arrival and stay a pleasure. I also enjoyed my visits to EAST Coffee Bar and Restaurant EAST. The drawback was that there was no hot water in the bathroom and coffee machine was broken otherwise everything was fine.
What a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam. I arrived on 21/06/26 and stayed in room 607, and everything was perfect. The room was spotless and very functional so I felt right at home. Reception greeted me with warmth and professionalism, and every interaction was a pleasure. EAST Coffee Bar and Restaurant EAST were both excellent and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. I was especially impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Really enjoyed the stay and would happily return.
