The location was absolutely perfect, placing us within easy reach of every attraction and destination we wanted to visit. Whether we were exploring local landmarks or venturing further afield, everything was conveniently accessible. What truly elevated our stay, however, was the exceptional staff. Their warm hospitality, extensive local knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. They provided clear, detailed directions and fantastic recommendations, ensuring we made the most of our time in the area. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we needed anything. We received excellent service from everyone throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and offered plenty of options. The location was also perfect and made it very easy to explore Amsterdam. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again in the future! 10/10
The hotel is in a great location and is within easy reach of many attractions. The rooms are spacious, got air conditioning. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helping. Because of its location it’s noisy throughout the night, so make sure to bring your earplugs. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately very poor and was one of the weakest hotel internet connections we have experienced in a long time.
Great location and spacious rooms! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Amsterdam, with easy walking access to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. However, room service and cleanliness were disappointing at times and are definitely areas the hotel needs to improve. With better attention to these details, the experience would have been much better.
Had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect, especially being so close to the flower market. So it’s probably no surprise the hotel was full of beautiful flower decorations, but they really did it in such a special way. It made the whole place feel warm, elegant, and unique. I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay.
