Excellent stay at the Hotel Omega. The neighborhood and location is charming and convenient, very close to world class museums, vondelpark and public transport. Hotel is very cute, boutique style and a great breakfast. Highly recommend!
Excellent location, service, room, and continental breakfast. Concierge was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Would recommend for those who are looking for a nice hotel on a budget in the museum quarter of Amsterdam. Short Tram-24 ride to city center. Great restaurants within walking distance. Also, the outdoor courtyard at the hotel was a nice touch to have your breakfast, read a book or just relax.
A comfortable hotel in a great location. The rooms are a cozy design however the bathrooms a little small and not functional at times, with some water leaks from the shower cubicle. There’s no mini bar or fridge so factor this in, however the hotel is clean and comfortable in a great location.
I’ve been coming to Amsterdam regularly for several years, and this was definitely the best experience I’ve had so far. First of all, the staff was outstanding throughout the entire stay: professional, attentive, always willing to help, and genuinely caring. You can really feel that they do their best to make guests feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. As for the rooms, the bedding was very comfortable, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the pictures match reality. A specil mention also goes to the breakfast team, who always made sure that nothing was missing. The breakfast itself was very good, and the staff was attentive each morning of my stay. I can only recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back on my next trip to Amsterdam.
This cozy and stylish hotel is in a central location, with some of the most famous museums and attractions just a short walk away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and inviting. The staff were very helpful and attentive, especially Hogida, who is a great example of an excellent front office manager. A very good breakfast is served in a small café with a terrace, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
