We stayed here for a week and were very happy with our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they were always very helpful with anything we needed. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and a good size. There are bus and metro connections nearby, making it easy to get around. We will definitely stay here again.
We’re so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was also very convenient. With just a short walk, we could easily reach both the metro and tram stations, which made getting around the city effortless. What really made our stay special was the staff. They were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly cared for. And finally, having such a powerful and reliable air conditioner during the intense summer heat was an absolute blessing! It made a huge difference and added so much to our comfort. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
Its a lovely spacious quite hotel. The location is a bit away from the city center- depending where you are it could me 15-30 mins, but the transport network makes it very convenient. We had actually booked another hotel in the city centre but it turned out to be horrible for the price we had paid, and hence we decided to switch and come to MET. That was a great decision since the hotel is really good. Will be open to stay here again if we come back to Amsterdam.
We had a lovely stay at Met Hotel. The room was exactly like the photos, modern, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a small bathroom kit with essentials. It’s a simple gesture, but it adds care to the guest experience. We really enjoyed the dining area and the calm neighborhood. It's a beautiful part of Amsterdam, close to parks for running and very well connected to the city center, the airport, and other areas. The only downside was not being able to try the breakfast. It ends strictly at 10 AM. That feels too early for guests on holiday. Extending the breakfast window would definitely improve the experience.
I have just stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and we can’t wait to come back! The hotel is just a short walk from Lelylaan Station where there is transport to most of the city and the airport. We walked with our bags to the hotel and were greeted at reception by a very friendly and helpful team. The reception/ bar area had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and was a pleasant place to sit for a drink. We stayed in a “Queen & People” room which was the perfect size for a couple. It had a nice big and comfortable bed and the room was spotless. The television was easy to use and simple to change the language to suit us. The room had a large shower with good simple temperature controls. The air conditioning kept us cool during 30 degree temperatures at the time of visiting! We did not book breakfast in advance but were able to turn up each morning and purchase breakfast. The food itself was fantastic and there was a good selection of hot and cold food and drink available to help yourself to. We also tried some of the food that’s available during the day up to 4pm and this was equally as nice. There is a small patio area to the rear of the hotel where you can sit overlooking a green park and a river with plenty of wildlife about! This was honestly the perfect base for our few days in Amsterdam and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit the country. Thank you!
