Clean cozy hotel located within waking distance of many touristic attractions (including the Van Gogh museum). Clean rooms and friendly staff. Safe as well.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Owl Hotel. The location was great since it was away from the craziness of the city center and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they had our room ready early so we could shower after a long flight. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of breads, pastries, and fresh eggs. The lobby and patio were cozy and comfortable, and our room was clean. Just know that the room and bathroom are going to be quite small and simple, but the price for the location and amenities is well worth it.
It's cheap ;) Arround 20min to walk to be in the inside of the city. The reception is nice, the concept with leaving the room card at the reception was a bit strange. They just ask for the room number when someone walks in, one time they gave us the wrong card, not that safe. But hey we don't get robbed, so it worked. The room is really small and not that bright. The walls are a bit thin, heard my neighbours a lot. I can recommend this hotel if you want to safe some money for the hotel, of course they are cheaper ones. But fot this price its great.
Wonderful hotel. Service was great. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Close walk to restaurants, public transportation, museums. I would stay again.
