DREAMY little sexy swanky hotel for couples! I left a piece of my heart here :) it was such a vibe! The staff was so sweet and friendly and helpful and everything was decorated so nice and very clean throughout.. I couldn’t get enough of this place honestly! We had the 4th floor intimate suites which were SO cool, a bit of a hike walking up but we enjoyed the exercise. Little bar and coffee downstairs was so perfect for us! Love love love!
We had the pleasure of staying at Supper Hotel as a family of 4. Channy (I hope I got her name right) and Ruby were exceptionally friendly, helpful and made us feel right at home. Channy ensured our luggages were delivered to our room when it was ready and Ruby gave us really great food recommendations. She also made sure my children were well looked after. The stairs in the room were slightly steep and young children will need to be supervised if staying here. It was an otherwise comfortable stay and the kids enjoyed watching a movie on the projector.
What a great hotel experience! We will certainly return. The customer service through booking.com was outstanding; they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They arranged a delightful birthday package for my husband, complete with helium balloons, cava, and a handwritten card, which was just perfect. Throughout our stay, the staff checked in via WhatsApp to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. We stayed in the Noir room, which was stunning and had a very romantic vibe. My only minor issue was that it was quite dark, making it a bit challenging to do my makeup haha. Aside from that, everything was fantastic, and the club next door added to the fun. We can't wait to come back! Thanks to all of the team!
Thanks for a great stay with you at Supper. The staff were really friendly, happy and helpful. The checking in/out system is also GREAT 👍🏻 🤩 The location is great for everything and makes exploring very easy. My only slight negative was that our bed in the loft room was too soft in the middle. So we kept both being pushed together too much in the night. The sofa in the room was also very uncomfortable and basic. Because of the shape of the walls in the room you can’t sit on the sofa properly when it’s against the wall 😬 The shower was beautiful though and the layout of the room was very different and fun. Also the WhatsApp guest system you use is brilliant. Very helpful ! 👍🏻 Overall we had a lovely stay, and would happily recommend Supper to our friends. Thank you all. This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The bed was so comfy. Staff were lovely and helpful. The room was cool and modern. The location was amazing because there was anything you could want in walking distance, plus the tram was just outside. The staff were totally fine with us sitting on the bench out front and having a smoke.
