There are two Visitor information centres at Amsterdam Centraal Station, one is located in the station above track two and the other is located not in the station itself, but in front of the main exit. The services provided by the visitor information center ranges from booking a hotel room for you (for a small fee) to excursions within and outside of Amsterdam to suggestions for bike rental, cruises, and other Dutch experiences. At the visitor information center, you can also buy the IAmsterdam card, which is one set price and offers free entrance to most museums and public transport in the city. in addition, tourists will be accomodated by friendly staff.
