De Kas is a unique restaurant housed in a former municipal nursery. In fact, it is a statement in innovation where the kitchen uses the herbs and vegetables grown in the nursery. The restaurant also has a regular seating area; a garden room, and a patio. The restaurant serves a fixed 3-course menu based on the harvest and season The cuisine is continental and service begins at 12PM for lunch and goes on till 10PM. For the ten years the restaurant has been in existence, De Kas has gained tremendous popularity, not just for its innovative location but also its food.
