We had the smoked short beef ribs on a baguette and it's probably the best sandwich I have ever had. The meat was fresh, juicy, and tender and the slaw and sauce added some moisture to the crispy sandwich. Overall, the food was amazing and I highly recommend. As for service, we did wait a while for our food, but the employees were all very kind. There isn't a lot of seating, but there are lots of nice places to sit around the area if you take it to go. The staff and food were both amazing. 10/10 recommend!
This was some of the best service in amsterdam! The people were so so friendly and welcoming and really made my experience special! The pita is the SOFTEST ever and was absolutely stuffed with the chicken shawarma which was super juicy, tender, flavourful and super delicious!! An unforgettable meal. I highly recommend :)
Really nice Israeli Deli! Looking at their menu, they clearly combined American bbq with Middle Eastern flavours. I had a plate with brisket and beef short rib, especially the latter was amazing. Heard the meat is even better on a sandwich so thats something to try for next time. Service was very friendly, Noah and his team love to do what they do. The only thing they could improve on I would say is the seating, the chairs were way too low for the table, it made it a bit difficult to eat comfortably. I can understand the lack of (good) seats as this place is definitely more of a takeaway restaurant. Interior is also lovely with huge closests of Israeli and Italian artisan goods, makes for quite a warm atmosphere. In the end, I was positively surprised by Mezzave. It is definitely a place to return to!
Absolutely delicious! The best ribs sandwich I’ve ever had. We also tried the chicken shawarma, and it was equally outstanding. The meat and bread were incredibly fresh, and the sauces were simply mouthwatering. A must-visit spot in Amsterdam!
Simply delicious!! Friendly staff, clean kitchen, good vibes. Best food we had in Amsterdam so far! We had the Chicken Shwarma and the Mezzave Ribs. The Pitas where super soft, the meat amazing, everything very well crafted, and overall an explosion of taste 😎 Grazie!!
