This was one of the best dining experiences I ever had. The concept is so well thought of, every dish represented a Dutch painter or part of Dutch life. The service was incredible (especially for Amsterdam standards). Every dish was impeccable. We are definitely going back when the menu changes!
The atmosphere is great. The food is amazing! The service is professional and the vibe is premium. 1000% worth a visit!! Only two feedbacks. The explanation on the website tells about different rooms per dish, this has been changed to one room for all dishes, and only the desert on a different floor. It's great, but it was not according to expectation. And the shows in between the dishes is too random. Here there could be a blend of the different themes of that period, instead of generic AI generated shows. It made it feel too disconnected. The shows during the dishes were perfect though!
This was an amazing place to spend my birthday. The food was creative and taste was amazing. Concept and artistry was over the top. The chef Davy Van Wezel needs to be on Top Chef!!!!
