I had the seven course menu at Daalder with two friends last night. We were seated at the terrace because it was excellent weather and were taken care of expertly. The food is excellent, with a lot of Asian influences and a wide variety of flavors. The lamb with sweetbreads was my favorite, it’s out of this world. The sommelier was terrific as well and presented us with some unique wines from their collection. All in all great dinner experience and well deserving of their Michelin star.

Had an amazing experience at Daalder! I went with my fiancé and we loved all the food that was served. I’m a pescatarian so usually they provide me with the vegetarian dish rather than a meat. I really appreciated that my replacement dishes were risotto and a ravioli dish! Normally fine dinings restaurants give you a vegetable which I hate but Daalder really made sure you were full. The service was was great, highly recommend!
Although we visited Restaurant Daalder months ago, to celebrate the birthday of my partner, I still remember the taste of bluefin tuna with beluga caviar! Turbot with black truffels is another unforgettable highlight. For wine pairing, we trusted the suggestion and liked the combination. Lasagne was quite flat. Aside from that, as an architect, I couldn't see the relation of this unique interior design, which is too popculture oriented and playful (with graffiti and lighting elements), and a fine dining restaurant serves exquisite plates.
