What an absolutely amazing experience. The set menu is incredible, the place is super nice and beautiful, with cool vibes and some nice art on the walls. Good music selection. We really loved our evening and would return for sure
What an amazing evening in a amazingly strange and wonderful place. I’ve never seen this kind of dedication to food before — a great team preparing everything right in front of us, like watching a performance as much as a meal. The set menu pushed me certanly out of my comfort zone more than once but that’s the point. This isn’t a place you simply eat at, it’s a culinary ride and a ride it is. Not everything was what I’d normally chose to eat, but thats not what Europa is about. It’s about dedication to a craft, passion for food and being willing to let go and experience something truly extraordinary. The team’s energy was incredible to watch - you could feel how much they respect what they do and each other. Some of these moments will stay with us for a long time. This isn’t a “normal” restaurant it is even set in a old industrial Space. If you’re looking for normal, stay away - this isn’t for you. But really if you want to be challenged in the best possible (culinary) way, Europa is exactly that. Come with an open mind!
A fantastic experience, the best I’ve had in Amsterdam in a while! New, relaxed, the fine dining in a relax and vibey place with none of the fuss. The menu is fantastic: fresh, varied, balanced and leave you satisfied in a delicate hara hachi bu way. The wine list is more than on par with the quality that comes out of the kitchen. The people are attentive, kind and funny, with a sommelier who knows his stuff and has a boundless energy. They gave us a tour of the kitchen and even some freshly baked bread that wouldn’t have made it to the next shift! The only downside was a music that was a tad loud for me but the rest of it is top notch!
We had a lovely lunch. Food made with love and attention to details. Great collection of wines and a happy and passionate crew. Will definitely be back!
