Excellent food with friendly efficient service. We opted for the tasting menu and while one of our party only had 3 dishes the rest had 4 and one extra dish for us to share. Super wine pairing. Really good value for excellent food. If I had one comment it would be that maybe that some dishes are a little too large for a tasting menu. But this doesn’t take from a very positive experience
A true hidden gem in the city. We had an extraordinary dinner experience, with inventive dishes on a fixed menu. The staff provides a great service and fantastic wine pairing to every item. Excellent value for the price
Dining at Jaspers was an absolutely delightful experience. The flavors were incredibly fresh, with subtle hints of lemon appearing here and there to brighten the dishes without ever overwhelming them. Each course felt like a discovery tasty, well-balanced, and served in perfectly sized portions. The service was excellent. Our waiter was kind, attentive, and highly professional, which made the entire meal even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the salted butter with walnuts, truly delicious, a thoughtful and surprising touch that added even more charm to an already wonderful dinner. Overall, Jaspers offered a series of delightful surprises: clean, vibrant flavors, great attention to detail, and warm, impeccable hospitality. I will definitely return.
