We spent can amazing evening. The food was fantastic.They use local products as much as possible . Everything from the location, the setting of the room and the service made the whole experience memorable. A big thanks for our two waiters who took the time to explain the menu in French for my mother in law. We will definitely come back.
We are on our slivermoon (a honeymoon for couples who found love later in life) and put Vermeer on our itinerary for a culinary experience. The chef's 7-course menu went far beyond our expectations. Each course was impeccable prepared and presented... while paired with outstanding wine selections that enriched the experience. Been there with my girlfriend for our anniversary and everything was amazing. We chose the 7 course + cheese with wine pairing. Atmosphere and food/wine are awesome, a plus was the funny and friendly waiters and sommelier who made the experience even better
