⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We had a very good experience at this restaurant. The location is excellent, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated with a pleasant atmosphere. There is a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from, so everyone can find something they like. The staff were accommodating and happy to adjust dishes according to our wishes. The food was delicious and full of flavor. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
Obviously reviews like these reflect just one moment in time and hopefully this is not the norm for most as there were plenty of people dining at the same time as us and there was a good turn over of tables. However, Ted’s under delivered for us. There are lots of yummy choices on the menu and we were excited about the potential but we felt what we ordered was under par mainly because the brioche toast didn’t taste freshly made, had little flavour and was cold. There were only 2 serving behind the counter who were working their socks off but service was slow. They were very polite however and took on board our feedback at the time. The fresh juice was very nice.
We had the Caesar sando which was very tasty, I’d recommend it! Though the brioche bread was not toasted which would’ve been nice, and I would’ve wanted more salad on the sandwich (it was just just one leaf). The cappuccino was good. My friend had the cherry pie, but it wasn’t all that (it looked like it was bought from a store and a little stale). Although our experience at Teds was unfortunaly affected by the very poor service. The waitress barely noticed us when we arrived (she was the only staff working there from what we could see) and we had to try for almost 15 minutes before we even could get eye contact with her so that we could order. She was unbothered at best, never saw her smile. Also in our reservation we had requested two mimosas (that was an option in the reservation) but they never came, and when we asked about them the waitress told us that they weren’t registered.
