As a name, Tweede Kamer gives one a lot to think about. Let's begin by getting the literal translation out of the way; Tweede Kamer means 'second room', which is a parliamentary reference. Some would call this a thank-you wink at the government for making the idea of coffeeshops possible. Moving on to the words themselves, 'Tweede' has an impish, cheeky ring to it. Smoking pot would be what some people might call cheeky, at best, so we'll take it that way.
