Casablanca, also known as Casablanca Variete, is a themed restaurant located in Zeedijk, at the northern edge of Amsterdam's Red Light District. As a circus cafe that plays host to popular European circus performers, the Casablanca is a popular hotspot for having a nice meal (with a variety of meats and fish) and a few laughs. The cosy cafe has been styled in similar tones to a quaint theatre circus. Near the restaurant Casablanca, there is a bar, known as Casablanca Music, a real crowd-puller that draws huge crowds due to its live jazz performances amidst a warm ambience.
