The Al Argentino restaurant can be found in Zeedijk. Their beef is flown directly from Argentina and is never frozen, nor are preservatives added to the meat. They claim that this is what makes their meat different from the other Argentinean restaurants. The decor of the restaurant exudes western charm with its stressed barn wood walls, wagon wheel decorations, and wooden furniture. They believe that by simply cooking the meat with some salt and chimmichurrie (grill oil), the true flavour of the meat is preserved. You cannot argue with that logic.
