Lab 111 is an 'avante garde' hangout in the catering section of the artist platform Smart Project Space. Located in the West neighbourhood of Amsterdam Lab 111 was formerly a medical anatomy lab but the current restaurant decor is a complete reversal of the dullness of what a lab would be. The decor has a stainless steel bar and old hospital room lamps hanging above the bright green reading table. The stimulating interiors are complemented by food and wines you would expect in a very upmarket restaurant. The kitchen, open from 6PM until 11PM, serves French, International and Mediterranean style food.
